3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets through Cashfree
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping on all orders across India
• Estimated delivery: 3-8 business days depending on location
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners, weather, or unforeseen events
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier

• Exchanges accepted within 5 days of delivery for size issues
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
• Refunds are not offered — only exchanges
• Damaged/defective products will be replaced free of charge
