Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 5 days of delivery for size-related issues. If the product doesn't fit right, we'll exchange it for a different size — no questions asked.

Conditions for Exchange

• Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
• Product must not have any stains, damage, or alterations
• Original packaging should be intact

How to Request an Exchange

2. Share your order ID and reason for exchange
3. We'll arrange a reverse pickup through Delhivery
4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll ship the replacement

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are available for size-related issues. In case you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it free of charge.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share photos/videos of the damage via WhatsApp
• We will send a free replacement after verification

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products purchased during sale or with discount codes
• Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Products without original tags and packaging

Exchange Shipping

Reverse pickup and replacement shipping are free of charge for valid exchanges within India.
