Eligibility
T-shirts are eligible for return or exchange if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Time Frame
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized T-shirts and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Process for Returns
Contact our support team at houseof29code@gmail.com or via the contact form on our website, providing your order details and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the T-shirt was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned T-shirt is inspected and approved.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we’ll be happy to assist, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective T-Shirts
If your T-shirt arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
